Mutant Animal Creation

We did this for digital imaging. We had to collect images of a few different animals, and photoshop them to make it into a completely different animal, a mutant animal.

I picked a baby penguin, a cavalier king charles spaniel and a lion.

I started with the charles spaniel, for the body.

Then I added the penguin, and erased the body so I was just left with the head.

Now I had a charles spaniel body with a fluffy penguin head.

For the final touch I added in the lion and erased everything except the tail.

I placed the tail in place and I was finished with my creation.

Stop Motion

We did a stop animation short film for digital imaging.
Firstly we had to think of a story, or something interesting that should last 30 seconds at minimum. Then after we've thought of a story, we had to think of what we're going to use for our stop motion. It could be be anything except ourselves or classmates.
My stop motion was stick figures.
I had to draw every move, so once all the drawings were put onto Windows Movie Maker, it looked like they were moving like a film. I had to make sure I drew in every hand gesture, arm and leg movment, any head movement and facial expressions.
My stop motion lasts 30 seconds, and includes title page and end credits.

Scary DVD Cover

This was a project for my digital imaging class. I needed to get images either from the internet or using models, and including them on my cover.
I used mixed images of pictures from the internet and using a model.
The steps I did are explained below:
1> Done layer masks for front, spine and back.

2> I inserted a picture of creepy eyes to begin my work.

3> I changed the picture settings to linear light to create a darker effect.

4> I changed the hue/saturation and lightness to make it look darker, and able to get a transparent effect.

5> I changed the colours and did gradient from right and left.

6> i inserted a picture of scary trees.

7> I adjusted the gradient of the trees to make them blend in with the background.

8> I brightened up the pictures a little so you're able to see the features better.

9> I added in pictures of a girl/woman and a water-pump factory.

10> I moved the picture of the water-pump factory to behind writing, and replaced the picture with a picture of a model as the killer. I adjusted the pictures hue/saturation to make them darker, and to blend in with the background. I used gradient tool. Blurb, quote and title added in.

11> I added in the credits.
